Medium frequency fixed spot welding machine is composed of body, welding transformer, water circuit system, air circuit system, microcomputer resistance welding machine controller, foot switch, etc.
The standard fixed spot welding machine is match with microcomputer resistance welding controller. The electrical base plate of the main circuit component is installed in the welding machine body, and the controller is hung on the left side of the welding machine.

Working Environment and Conditions
Air source:the air source uses dry and clean compressed air with a pressure of 0.5-0.6MPa and a stable pressure.
Requirements for power supply network:voltage waveform shall be actual sine wave; the fluctuation of grid voltage shall not exceed ± 10% of the rated value; the fluctuation of power grid voltage frequency shall not exceed ± 1% of the rated value.
