The multi head spot welding machine is working on the 380V/50Hz three-phase AC power supply. By the three-phase rectifier, inverter technology and the feedback control system, to control the welding heat, pre-press time, the maintenance time and cease time, achieving the welding requirements. Operating Steps

Step 1: Place the snap ring into the lower electrode and positioning ring;

Step 2: Place the upper shell into the lower electrode and positioning ring;

Step 3: Press the manual start button or step on the foot switch, the upper electrode will fall freely, the automatic welding is completed, and the upper electrode will rise automatically;

Step 4: Remove the workpiece.
