Product Description
The energy storage stud welder can weld studs, internal thread studs, pins and other similar components to metal workpieces. During welding, discharge the energy storage capacitor by discharging the stud tip for 0.001-0.003 seconds, and the penetration is about 0.1MM. This method is applicable to the thin plate with a thickness of more than 0.4MM. The plate surface is free of welding seams, the back is free of indentation, discoloration, deformation and other defects. It is most suitable for the occasion where the surface requires decorative effect. The ratio of plate thickness to stud diameter is 1:10.
