Product Description

The metal leaf projection welding machine is composed of components such as a frame, conductive sheet, welding head moving mechanism, electrode components, welding transformer (power frequency), welding machine controller, air circuit system, cooling water system, etc.

Product Structure

The air circuit system is composed of ball valves, air filters, pressure reducing valves, oil mist eliminators, electromagnetic air valves, cylinders, etc.

The cooling water system of the welding machine is used for cooling transformers, controllers, upper and lower electrodes, and conductive plates.

Control box functions:

1. Welding time can be set: IGBT can accurately control the welding time, providing necessary conditions for welding consistency.

2. Multiple discharge pulses: Equipped with three welding pulses: preheating, welding, and tempering. The welding pulses can be cycled, with a maximum number of cycles set to 99.

3. Multiple welding programs: can store 250 welding programs for users to call.

4. Constant current function: By controlling the IGBT, the constant current function can be achieved, solving the fundamental problem that ordinary energy storage welding cannot control the welding current.
