 The hand-held optical fiber laser welding machine is a new generation of laser welding equipment, which belongs to non-contact welding. The operation process does not require pressurization. Its working principle is to directly irradiate the laser beam with high energy intensity on the surface of the material. How do you use a hand-held laser welder?
① The first step is to turn on the engine. Make sure to connect it with the appropriate voltage required by the machine.
② Activate the emergency stop button and the laser generator button. This will open the screen or interface.
③ Activate laser source and water cooler/cooler.
④ Use the interface to specify power, mode and speed according to the thickness of the material.
⑤ Grasp the laser welder and adjust the focal length of the nozzle.
⑥ Test it with scrap to see if the specification is correct.
Application
The shippment is 15 days after getting deopsit, but customized machines should be more than 25 days.
