Working Principle
The workpiece is pressurized and energized between the upper and lower electrodes, and having resistance welding.
When the resistance of the welding part is R (Ω), the welding current is I (A), and the power on time is t (sec), according to the formula: the current I that the metal material with a certain resistance value R passes through within a certain time t heats up due to the resistance, and the heat generated is Q.
